Griffin's birthday landed on a Wednesday this year. Because it was a week day and he had to go to work and then to Cub Scouts that night, he wasn't really able to celebrate the day. When we got home from Cub Scouts we had his cake aka pretzel salad, Henry Weinhard root beer, and then headed to bed.
Because we weren't able to go out to eat on his birthday, we went to Outback Steakhouse Friday night to really celebrate this wonderful man!
