We spent the weekend on the Oregon coast in Pacific City, Oregon with Griffin's family. We had a lot of fun being with family, playing in the sand and flying kites on the beach and playing with kids Ava's size. Ava loved playing with her cousins but I think her favorite part was meeting and following "Oscar" their Schnauzer! She would scream and follow him all day. Poor dog was such a good sport and really made Ava so happy!
I loved seeing my little brown curly haired baby in the middle of all the blonde kids. They were always around and playing with her. It was so fun to see and Ava didn't have to warm up at all to them, she loved them right away.
Ava got her first fat lip the night we returned from the beach back to Grandma and Grandpa's house in Oregon. Of course it happened because she wanted to get to the dog so fast that she tripped over her hands. Sweet thing.
On our last day, all Ava wanted to do was to pet Oscar's paws.
