Ava was a ladybug for her first Halloween! I call her "bug" so we thought this costume fit perfectly. We had a low key Halloween at home which Ava slept through most of! When we put her in her costume she just froze! I think she wasn't used to having a hat on her head!
After we put Ava to bed for the night, we had a Halloween dinner by candlelight with chili in bread bowls, hot cider and doughnuts with Halloween music playing in the background. After dinner we cuddled and watched "Hocus Pocus".
It was a great Halloween and it was really fun having a baby to dress up! We can't wait for all the Halloweens we will celebrate with this adorable little bug!
