Ava at Nine Months

This music lover turned nine months on March 24th!
Here is what she has been up to this month!

• When siting up and listening to music, she moves her legs up and down. The instant she hears a beat her body moves up and down.
• She loves music and when we sing to her. 
• She rolls around in her crib and moves the bumper down so she can reach her arms out.
• She opens mouth when playing.
• She had her first trip to Florida in a plane. The ride there was a little rough. She threw up, spilled my drink, and had a poo poo, all in the first 20 minutes of the flight.
• She is finally in the big girl tub and loves it!
• Her palate has expanded this month! She now eats eggs, peas, mashed potatoes, plums, and corn.
• She does a model pose every time she can which is between playing and during a rest.
• She is the best traveler! Everywhere we went she was such a trooper and didn’t whine.
• She has learned to fall asleep in the car seat and stroller! Finally.
• She has one lateral tooth in on top and the other one coming in. Her front teeth will soon be making their experience! 
• Every time we are in the car and the car goes in park, Ava gets so excited to see where we are going!
• She had her first trip to Disney and she was the best baby and loved being there. Her favorite ride was “It’s a Small World”. She danced the entire time.
• She is getting better with having other people hold and play with her. She just has to stare at them for a little bit and then she will communicate with them.
• She grits her teeth and shanks her head in excitement.
• She was away from her Daddy for the first time. We went to Florida while he went to San Diego for work. It was so hard to be away from him especially since he missed her first crawl. You bet I sent a lot of videos though!
• She had her first trip to the beach and pool!
• She had her first Easter. Her basket with full with eggs filled with puffs, a bunny, a chick and the peter rabbit book.
• She went to her first open house at the Fort Lauderdale temple.
• She can eat puffs all by herself!
• And the biggest accomplishment of all is she is crawling! She started her little scoot on Nana’s birthday, April 18^th and has been moving like crazy ever since!
